Install as a Desktop App

You can install either the full VeraGates HUB, or just VeraTalk on its own, as a standalone desktop app on Mac and Windows.

Full Application — VeraGates HUB

Installs the entire platform (Finance, CRM, HCM, VeraTalk, and more) as one desktop app.

Windows

Using Chrome or Edge:

  1. 1Go to any page of VeraGates HUB other than VeraTalk (e.g. the Home page).
  2. 2Click the install icon on the right side of the address bar, or open the ⋮ menu.
  3. 3Select "Install VeraGates HUB…" (Chrome) or "Apps → Install this site as an app" (Edge).
  4. 4Click Install. It's added to your Start Menu, Desktop, and Taskbar.

Mac

Using Safari:

  1. 1Open any page other than VeraTalk in Safari.
  2. 2Click File → Add to Dock… (macOS Sonoma+), or Share → Add to Home Screen on older macOS.
  3. 3Confirm the name VeraGates HUB and click Add.
  4. 4Launch it anytime from your Dock as its own standalone window.

VeraTalk Only

Installs just VeraTalk — chat and calls — as its own lightweight desktop app with its own icon.

Windows

Using Chrome or Edge:

  1. 1Open VeraTalk itself (go to /portal/veratalk).
  2. 2Click the install icon in the address bar, or open the ⋮ menu.
  3. 3Select "Install VeraTalk…" — it shows the VeraTalk icon, separate from VeraGates HUB.
  4. 4Click Install. VeraTalk now opens on its own, without the rest of the platform.

Mac

Using Safari:

  1. 1Open VeraTalk itself in Safari (go to /portal/veratalk).
  2. 2Click File → Add to Dock…, or Share → Add to Home Screen on older macOS.
  3. 3Confirm the name VeraTalk and click Add.
  4. 4VeraTalk now launches from your Dock with its own icon, separate from VeraGates HUB.

You can install both at the same time — each one opens in its own window, with its own icon and taskbar/Dock entry. To uninstall either one, use your OS's standard "Uninstall App" settings.
